What Is a Pre-Sale?

A pre-sale (or pre-order) allows customers to reserve eligible products before their official release date or before they become available for shipment.

Products offered for pre-sale will be clearly identified on their product pages.

Payment

Payment is collected at the time you place your pre-order unless otherwise stated on the product page.

By completing a pre-order, you reserve your item while supplies remain available.

Release Dates

Release dates are provided by the product manufacturer or distributor and are subject to change.

PrimeRip cannot guarantee that manufacturers or distributors will not adjust release schedules.

If a release date changes, your order will be shipped as soon as inventory becomes available.

Shipping of Pre-Sale Orders

Pre-sale items are shipped only after they become available.

Orders containing both pre-sale and currently available products may be held until all items are ready to ship unless otherwise indicated at checkout.

If separate shipments are available, any additional shipping charges will be displayed before your purchase is completed.

Estimated Shipping Timeline

Once a pre-sale product becomes available, orders are generally:

• Processed within 1–2 business days
• Delivered within an estimated 3–5 business days for shipments within the United States

Delivery estimates may vary depending on carrier operations and other circumstances outside our control.

Product Availability

Submitting a pre-order reserves your item while inventory remains available.

In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfill your pre-order due to circumstances beyond our control, such as manufacturer allocation changes or inventory shortages, you will be notified promptly and receive a full refund for any unavailable item.

Cancellations

Customers may request cancellation of a pre-order before it has entered the fulfillment process.

Once a pre-order has been prepared for shipment or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

If your cancellation request is approved, any applicable refund will generally be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

If your order contains multiple pre-sale products with different release dates, your shipment timing may depend on product availability.
